Kaya Palazzo Resort & Casino

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kaya Palazzo Resort & Casino, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the fantastic staff (OGUN and FATMA), who were not only friendly but went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service made us feel like royalty. The hotel itself is nothing short of a palace. The elegant decor and luxurious amenities create an inviting atmosphere that feels both grand and comfortable. The room we stayed in - was simply stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with luxurious amenities. The location is ideal, conveniently situated near major attractions, yet peaceful enough to provide a tranquil retreat. And let's not forget the food! The dining options were outstanding, with a diverse menu that catered to every palate. Each meal we enjoyed was a culinary delight, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients and innovative flavors. Overall, our experience at Kaya Palazzo Resort & Casino was exceptional. If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway with top-notch service and incredible amenities, we highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located on an amazing view facing the sea, hotel is clean, well maintained, and it’s shown that the hotel has managed and worked on the details of each and every corner of its decoration Colors of the hotel are charming and so relaxing to the eyes I have loved and enjoyed my stay with all the facilities that the hotel can offer

The staff are determined to make you comfortable and relaxed. There is plenty to do and there are opportunities to go to adult or family areas. There are a number of food areas for both snacks or a more formal meal.The Spa is amazing with a large range of treatment and I can recommend the Bali massage and the Turkish bath.

The facilities were out of this world. The jacuzzi, the saunas, the steam rooms, and the snow rooms were all free for guests staying at the hotel. I also had an opportunity to have a massage again value for money. Internet was available throughout the resort, and it was strong internet, so that was a bonus, again free to use. The resort has a private access to the beach, so you may love the walk along the beach/sea side etc. There are several restaurants in this resort and i had dinner at the restaurant providing Turkish cuisine, food was appetizing, and again priced appropriately. I didn't get to go to the Casino so cannot comment on this. Buffet breakfast was commendable and there was variety of items available including a can of coke if that is what you wanted to drink rather than cup of tea etc Yes we can't wait to come back again to this resort for at least two weeks, as the 6 nights were too few to sample this resort.
